Unfortunately, at this time, you can not process a return request via our L'ange Return Center for Bundles and Special Packages (such as the Bijou).
If you purchased a bundle or set and want to return a tool in the set, please contact us directly at: email@example.com for bundle/set return or exchange instructions.
Please follow the instructions below.
- Contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can record your return request.
- Once you get an approval, pack the item into its original packaging along with the corresponding packing invoices.
- If you can’t find your original invoice, please include the shipment or order number.
- You can find your shipment and order numbers by signing in to your langehair.com account.
- Be sure to include your order number, name, email address, mailing address, and phone number in the event that we need to contact you.
- Place the item in its shipping box. If you do not have a shipping box, any plain, unmarked cardboard box will work just fine. Please be sure to remove the old shipping label, or cover it up entirely with the new one.
- You may ship back to us using the carrier of your choice. We recommend using an insured and trackable delivery method. L’ange is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.

- Regrettably, we cannot refund the original shipping charges (if applicable).
- A $7.00 handling and processing fee will be deducted.
- Please note that if you send hair care products back that were part of the bundle or set, you will only be refunded for the styling tool returned.
- We will refund to the original form of payment of the original purchaser within 2–3 business days of receiving your return.
- Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the refunded transaction.
At this time, we cannot provide refunds for L'ange products purchased at other retailers. Only products purchased at langehair.com may be returned for a refund.
